1. Ownership and Licensing: You will retain ownership of any designs (“Designs”) that you submit. By submitting your Designs, you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual irrevocable right and license, with the right of sublicense (through multiple tiers), to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and publicly display your Designs solely in connection with the production or provision of any product or service you request or to show how your Designs would appear in our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, production, packaging, shipment, and promotional uses for the Site.

2. Zolo Gifts Content: While you retain ownership of your Designs, the Site contains graphics, images, document layouts, templates, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (referred to as “Zolo Gifts Content”). All Zolo Gifts Content is protected by copyright laws, and you are not permitted to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Zolo Gifts Content without express permission. Zolo Gifts reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the Zolo Gifts Content at any time without prior notice.

3. Warranty of Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary copyright rights for any Designs you submit. You further represent that the Designs do not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or other rights of any third party, and do not violate any privacy or publicity rights.

4. Compliance: You agree that any Design you submit will comply with this Policy. Zolo Gifts reserves the right to review Designs for compliance and may refuse to use, process, or ship any order related to non-compliant Designs. You agree to provide confirmation of your ownership or rights to any Designs upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory confirmation may result in the removal of the Designs from the Site or the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zolo Gifts, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or costs, including attorneys' fees, arising out of: (a) your violation of this Policy, (b) your Designs, and (c) any activities related to your account.
