At Zolo Gifts, we strive to provide high-quality jerseys and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to address any issues. Please review our Return Policy below for details on how to return or exchange items.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1. Return Period
You may return your jersey within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, the jersey must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may disqualify the item from being returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Jerseys that have been altered, resized, or customized.
- Jerseys that are missing the original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zologifts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
2. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Packing Your Return
Please pack the jersey securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned jersey, we will process your refund or exchange. This may take up to 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
REFUNDS
1. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
2. Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the cost of the jersey minus any shipping fees. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the return shipping cost will also be refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
1. Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged jersey, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@zologifts.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
2. Return Shipping for Defective Items
If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.
